Shipping Policy – Regal Essentials

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Orders under $50): Flat rate of $6.95

• Standard Shipping (Orders over $50): Flat rate of $8.95

• Free Shipping (Orders $100+): Complimentary standard shipping

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

• Priority Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days (after processing)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or high demand seasons.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Zones
We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)

Damages & Lost Packages
Regal Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
